Who can buy here
This is a business-to-business store. Accounts are available to verified businesses only. When you apply, we ask for details about your company so we can confirm that it is a legitimate business — for example a business name, address, website, industry, and where applicable a tax or reseller registration number.
We review each application and may approve it, ask for more information, or decline it. We may also suspend or close an account at any time if the information provided turns out to be inaccurate or if the account is used in breach of these terms.

Pricing visibility
Published case pricing is shown to all customers. No account is required to view prices or place an order.
Prices are published in U.S. dollars and include shipping and handling unless a product page states otherwise.
Case quantities only. All products on this site are sold by the full case. Partial cases, broken cases, and single units are not available. Case counts are shown on each product page.
All-in commercial pricing
Commercial pricing is all-in: the price you see includes shipping and hazardous materials handling for shipments within [SHIPPING DESTINATIONS]. No separate freight charge or hazmat surcharge is added at checkout. Prices may change; the price in force when you place an order applies to that order.
Payment terms

- Not to describe the products as EPA-registered pesticides.
- To reproduce the regulatory statement below in your own product listings, literature, and marketing materials.
- To pass on the use instructions, material compatibility advice, and warranty statement published on our Disclaimer & Product Claims page.
Reset Pure ClO2 is an oxidative deodorizer intended solely for the neutralization of organic and inorganic odors. Reset makes no biocidal claims in the USA. This product is not an EPA-registered pesticide and is not intended for the mitigation of any pests, including mold, bacteria, or viruses.
Returns
Wholesale returns follow our Shipping & Returns policy. Returns must be authorised by us in advance and are accepted only as full, unopened cases within [RETURN WINDOW] of delivery.
